AGS SERIES SCREW TYPE CHILLER UNIT

World famous brand screw type compressor is adopted, and it is equipped with the high quality condenser and evaporator, which is made of high-efficiency-copper tube, together with famous brand control components. All that makes the screw type chiller unit featuring small volume, low noise, little vibration, large energy, long service life and convenient operation. The elegant appearance and the reliable, stable and good high-performance make is outstandingly in the refrigeration field.

Feature and functions:

*World famous brand. It is a new type and high-efficient screw-rotor compressor, which efficiency is 20% to 30% higher than those common ones. It has obtained several patents from countries of Europe and America and passed the international quality certification of ISO9001.

*High efficiency 5:6 patent for asymmetrical rotor gear.

*Capacity control can apply to four-step (100%-75%-50%25%), three-step (100%-66%-33%) and stepless control system.

*The design with 11 bearing and "a" type axis tends to thrust-equilibrium valve. This extends the useful life of the bearing 2.5 to 3.5 times.

*It is design with silicon-steel plate and special slot, and is equipped with the inside and outside all around design to cool the flow channel so that the compressor motor can exert the maximum efficiency under any load or selection.

*Built-in oil pressing system, it can ensure the compressor maintaining the optimal lubricate effect without the oil pump.

*The detaching machine applies double layer filtering method with the good oil filtration effect. The thermal exchanger can exert the maximum function.

*High efficiency, low noise and small vibration.

*Besides R22 refrigerant, there are many environment-friendly refrigerants that can be chosen, such as R134a, R407c etc.

*All round compressor volume ratio (Vi=2.2/2.6/3.0/3.5) for selection and it can effectively avoid the extra consumption of energy caused by over compression or deficiency of energy caused by over compression or deficiency of the compression.

1. nominal cooling capacity is according to:

Inlet chilled fluid temperature: 12ºC

Outlet chilled fluid temperature: 7ºC

Inlet cooling air temperature: 35ºC

Outlet cooling air temperature: 45ºC

2. working range:

The temperature range of chilled fluid is from 5ºC to 20ºC;

Temperature difference between inlet and outlet chilled fluid is from 3ºC to 8ºC.

Temperature difference between inlet and outlet cooling air is from 8ºC to 12ºC.

The chiller should be used while the ambient temperature at or below 35ºC.
